Best Thing About The Sea Otter Classic? Getting There (With a Little Help from Our Friends)

What does a perfect day in the saddle look like? Incredible scenery [check], friends old and new [check], riding for a good cause [check] delicious food/ drink waiting for you at the finish [check].

We’ve been scheming on this one for more than 6 months, and it might just be the best day in Our Outdoor Office yet. Before we set up the Lyman Agency camp at Sea Otter, on Wednesday, April 19th, we’ll join a group of friends to ride 132 miles along one of the most scenic stretches of coastline in the world: from San Francisco to Monterey.

Bay-to-Bay ride is all about enjoying the all-star cast of characters we call friends. Wattage and star power will combine to shine a light on Chefs Cycle and No Kid Hungry, an incredibly important organization tackling an incredibly important issue: Chefs Cycle is a 3-day event in May with a goal of raising $2,000,000 that will provide 20 million meals for underserved children. And if you feel so compelled, it could certainly use your support.

How you can support Chefs Cycle: donate to Jeff Mahin, Justin Cogley, Chris CosentinoChris Lyman or a general contribution.

Who’s Along for the Ride? Daniel Sapp, Spencer Powlison, Jeff Mahin, Chef Justin Cogley, Janel Holcomb, Jeff Byers, Ted King, Lucas Euser, Jonathan Lee, Yuri Hauswald, Neil Shirley,Tim LeRoy, Chris Lyman, Alan Davis, Eric Woods, Karsten Hagen & Aaron Walker.
